Yellow Rose Ballroom
From sample selection to the jobsite in four weeks.

Six weeks available. Four weeks delivered.
When the Yellow Rose Ballroom at the Gaylord Texan needed new ceiling tiles, Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. had a six-week material window. GMB worked with the installer to select a tile that fit the room and could arrive within that schedule.
Hayden coordinated samples with Ryman and sourced Qwel Recessed 2′ × 2′ ceiling tile in White for direct delivery to the jobsite.

From selection to delivery
Schedule became part of the solution
Qwel produced and delivered 2,300 square feet directly to the jobsite in four weeks—beating the required timeline by two weeks. That direct path gave the project team the material certainty it needed without compromising the ballroom's finished character.
The result is a refreshed ceiling that works naturally with the room's detailed architecture, integrated lighting, and signature chandelier.

Material in context
Pattern, light, and precision
Across the room, the recessed profile creates a measured rhythm. Up close, the replacement tile aligns cleanly with the ballroom's lighting and architectural grid.

Recessed geometry and integrated lighting, seen up close.
The ceiling remains the focus from an angled room view.
The full ballroom gives the finished ceiling its architectural context.

The outcome
Direct to the jobsite within a month.
This project shows how GMB supports installers: select the right material, move quickly through samples, and coordinate delivery to the jobsite. The right tile mattered. So did getting it there on time.
